Abuelita’s 96th Birthday
It isn’t every day you turn 96 years old! My Abuelita celebrated her special day surrounded by her loving children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. I aimed to capture an honest view of her life at this age, filled with both blessings and hardships. Though we are slowly losing her to dementia, but her spirit (and sharp tongue) continues to shine through.
